Veterans Day: How to know if you or a loved one suffer from PTSD
By: Tony Calderelli, Crawford Custom Consulting
Veterans Day is a day to give thanks to our military who have served our great country. Unfortunately, serving can bring on mental health concerns. Please know that you or your loved one are not alone. Here at Crawford Custom, we wanted to bring awareness to PTSD in our brave men and woman who have dedicated their lives to serving.
The job skills, work ethic and dedication that Veterans bring to the work force is well documented. For that reason, Veterans are highly sought after by employers. Effective leaders work with all employees to help them realize their full potential, and PTSD may be a topic to address with some Veterans to help them them continually improve in their civilian occupation. Hopefully this brief video will encourage leaders and supervisors to seek additional information and explore some of the excellent resources that address PTSD in Veterans.
