Certified Mobile Crane Operator Recertification Class (Written Test Only) (Lakewood, NJ)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Registration is due one (1) week before the test date of your choice. Test dates are always scheduled Thursday of the week of class.

Class is open to  recertification candidates, who are experienced operators.

Mobile Crane Operator Recertification Course

For currently certified operators only — not for new applicants

Specialties Available:

  • Telescopic Boom – Fixed Cab

  • Telescopic Boom – Swing Cab

  • Lattice Boom Cranes

This written-test-only course is designed exclusively for experienced operators seeking recertification through the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO). New applicants are not eligible for this class.

To qualify, candidates must:

  • Currently hold an active NCCCO Mobile Crane Operator certification

  • Have logged a minimum of 1,000 hours of crane-related experience

  • Register through my.ccocert.org prior to attending

This Three-day course includes:

  • 2 days of classroom instruction (8 AM – 4 PM) focused on updated regulations, safety standards, and test preparation

  • 1 day for NCCCO written exams (practical exams are not included in this course)

HOW TO APPLY

As of December 1, 2022, all CCO candidates (new or existing) must first create their myCCO account through the portal to apply for CCO exams. Click here to sign up with myCCO portal. It’s simple, free, and a one-time process.

You must have your CCO ID # (from your myCCO portal) in order to submit the below form. This form will register you for the class at Crawford Custom Consulting and for your NCCCO written and practical testing.
